By using our PDF to InDesign conversion service, you confirm that you agree to the terms of use below.

We collect your name, email, and other relevant contact information when you willingly provide it via our website. This helps us to address your queries and provide information about our products and services, while enhancing our website's content and functionality.

Cookies and other tracking technologies help us gather certain anonymous information such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system. We use these details to personalize your experience and to further refine our website.

Please do not use our service for any malicious or illegal activity. The service and associated website is to be solely used for the purposes of uploading PDF files with the intent of receiving a link to download InDesign files and linked images.

You are responsible for the files you upload. We do not monitor the content of files, nor do we backup uploaded files. Files (both uploaded and converted) are stored in Microsoft Azure Cloud Storage. They are deleted daily.

We do not manually view or read your uploaded files nor the converted files. Neither do we extract any content from your uploaded files or converted files for any purpose other than the conversion service. We do extract the following metadata from your uploaded file to help us improve our service: filename, number of pages, file size, the application that created the PDF (such as MS Word). If you have a support query regarding a file, then only with your consent will we download and view your files.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill your requests.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

We may update this terms of use. If we do, we will post the updated terms on our website along with the date of the latest update.
